We will review estimated costs as part of our discussion of treatment plans. For your first visit and for most procedures, we request payment on the day of service (unless you have arranged otherwise in advance).
If you have dental or medical insurance, please bring a copy of your insurance card. We recommend you contact your insurance company prior to your appointment so you thoroughly understand the extent of coverage. It is our pleasure to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits. As a courtesy, we will file insurance claims for you.
The range of insurance benefits depend solely on the plan your employer decides to purchase. Some plans cover as little as 30% and some as much as 100% of dental services. Although, most plans usually cover between 40% to 80% of dental services.
The financial obligation for dental treatment is between you and our office. The insurance company is responsible to you and not to our office. We will assist you in any way that we can. Once your carrier has paid the claim, any difference will be due upon receipt of our statement. If for any reason, we have not received your insurance carrier’s payment within 90 days after the claim, the balance will be due and payable by you.
